Funding by Phase
During the forthcoming Initial Token Offering (ITO) that will fund our new manufacturing capability for the GW4 Combat Shotgun, we will strategically set and showcase our project milestones, broken into distinct phases. With each funding level achieved, we will sequentially secure our warehouse, purchase manufacturing equipment, and hire essential employees. Additionally, funding will enable us to acquire the necessary materials for production. These structured phases are designed to ensure a streamlined and successful launch, reinforcing our commitment to achieving operational excellence and delivering value to our stakeholders.
Phase 1 ($500,000)
Upon reaching the initial funding milestone of $500,000, several critical steps will be accomplished to set the foundation for our manufacturing capabilities of the GW4 Combat Shotgun. Firstly, we will secure a strategically located warehouse facility in Cheyenne, WY. This location is selected for its logistical advantages and the supportive local business environment, which will facilitate efficient operations and distribution.
Secondly, this phase includes hiring our initial team of employees. These will be key personnel essential to starting our operations, including roles in management, production, and quality control. The early team will be instrumental in setting the standards and procedures for our manufacturing process.
Finally, we will use part of this initial capital to purchase the necessary equipment to begin production. This includes machinery for assembly and testing of the GW4 Combat Shotgun, ensuring that we have the capability to meet initial production targets while maintaining high-quality standards. These initial steps are crucial for laying the groundwork for a scalable manufacturing operation.
Phase 2 ($2,500,000)
In Phase 2 of our manufacturing project for the GW4 Combat Shotgun, we will significantly expand our operational capabilities and engage in crucial strategic partnerships. This phase will be marked by the acquisition of additional advanced manufacturing equipment, which will enhance our production line with increased automation and precision capabilities. This equipment will be crucial for scaling up production and maintaining stringent quality standards.
Additionally, we will enter into a contractual engagement with Bachstein Consulting (bachsteinconsulting.com) to oversee the initial prototype runs. Their expertise will be invaluable in refining our prototypes through rigorous testing and enhancement processes. Bachstein Consulting will provide critical feedback and technical insights that will inform adjustments to the design and manufacturing processes, ensuring that the final product meets or exceeds all performance and safety standards. This collaboration is aimed at perfecting our prototypes to ensure a seamless transition to mass production in the subsequent phases.
Phase 3 ($7,000,000)
In Phase 3 of our manufacturing project for the GW4 Combat Shotgun, the focus will be on achieving full operational capability. By this stage, our manufacturing warehouse in Cheyenne, WY, will be completely built out and fully equipped. This means that every component of the manufacturing process, from assembly lines to testing stations, will be established and optimized for high-volume production.
With the infrastructure firmly in place, we will be ready to initiate full production runs independently. However, the oversight and support of our experienced partners will continue to play a crucial role. Our partners will assist in ensuring that all operations adhere to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This support is crucial as it provides an additional layer of assurance and expertise, helping us to maintain consistency and reliability in our product output as we scale up to meet market demands.
This phase signifies the culmination of meticulous planning and phased development, positioning us to respond effectively to market demands and fulfill orders with precision and confidence.
